We got some bad votes earlier. I talked to the admin of that program. He assured us he paid everyone. Only the one with a doubtfull multiplied liberty accounts were set on pending. They send these people an email on how to unpend it. Stableintrest is still stable and pays.

Tracing your hyip owner tells you alot!
In these days you don't know who's behind an investing site. It can be a very talentful trader or investor. But It can also be a 10 year old kid who tries to scam you. You can take some precautions against it.
1. whois lookup
The first thing you ask yourself is what is whois? and how it works?
When you register a domain name, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) requires your domain name registrar to submit your personal contact information to the WHOIS database. Once your listing appears in this online directory, it is publicly available to anyone who chooses to check domain names using the WHOIS search tool.

- Registrars check domain names when transferring ownership

Tutorial: How I search up a domain his whois.
1. Go to google and type: "whois lookup +site url+" replace +site url+ with the site url
2. Click one of the site (third link) of google you get returned.
3. Normally you get redirected automaticaly to the right whois of the site. But if it wouldnt give you direct information you can always type in the url of your hyip into that site.

So we get our domain domain hoster. This is how a protected looks like. Of non protected domains you can see the phone adresse, were he lives, country,...
So its very hard to trace your hyip owner. If he gives his adresse. maybe than you should try google maps. Or maybe he lives just next door. Its your money.so why you shouldnt take precautions (;.
Other things we can get info of him is his IP. This can be extracted out of the emails he send. But than is the question if he works from behind a proxy server. This turial you get tomorrow.

Indeed, you finally found a promising hyip. If your new to the hyips-industrie you probaly want to read first the "how do I pick a hyip" post. The next question you have to ask yourself is: "What e-curruncies do they use. ". Or do they allow bank or credit transfers? If they use a bank transfer you need to ask your bank to withdraw it on there bank account. But the problem is than the following. Some banks dont allow far transfers of money. Lets say: I live in france, and the hyip owner live in USA. Than Its very hard to make a bank trasfer because some laws of the countries they need first to chekc if the money is Legal. And is not from any terroristic or black money. These days its alot of easyer to to use e-currencies. The internet is accesable everywhere these days. These e-currencies got bank account everywhere. So no problem with the transfer problem. These days the populair e-currencies are: v-money, alertpay and Liberty reserve.
The question offfcourse is the following. How do we get the money on our e-currenices accounts.
Here I got some possibilities:
1. Credit card
Owners can use their credit card or debit card to drop money on their e-currency account. This happens instant. I some parts of the world people arent allowed to use credit cards. Thats the major negativity of it
2. Earn it.
Become a feelancer. You know how to program, speak a language (like chinese, koroatian, dutch,...) and u know english.
There are special site for you al. Just try to google. The keywords: job feelancer. I know some more, mail me if you wnat to know it. Else I would need to write 20 pages more 
There is also the gpt industrie. It stands for "get paid to". Its hard to earn much and quick. But it's easy. Everyone can earn on the gpt. You only need to handle a mouse and a browser. Some sites ask you to click on mails ect. But you will not get rich of it.
The nagativitie of this one is that it is not instant. It's sometimes take months to get the money you want to invest in that favourite hyip.
3. Bank transfer
This on only goes if the e-currency got their bank accounts in your country.

Hosting
Hosting for any kind of Hyip related site can be difficult to find. I know , because this is the second time we have gone through finding the right host.
First you need to consider that most hosts will not allow any kind of hyip activity. Some hosts will say that in their TOS of service directly , others will just say no illegal activity. You need ot read their TOS carefully before you even consider their hosting.
I have noticed that most smaller hosts that accept HYIP programs are not great. You should watch out for hosts that say they have 24/7 support , most don't. You would be lucky to get a response in 12 hours. They just say that to get you to use their service. Other things to watch out are expensive plans vs. cheap plans. You usually get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend paying extra for DDos services unless you expect to get very popular. Simply because the service they offer will not be that great. If you really need protection your looking at 500$ a month. Your mainly looking for an offshore host , most hosts are in america. You can always ask their support if you have any questions.
Check out reviews , their are many sites that offer reivews for hosts. If you find a host you may be interest , search them up. See what is out there , some reviews may be fake so watch out. Forums may have discussions on the host , make sure to read those. It can be hard to know 100% that the host will be good for your needs. If you are unsure you could always test out their servers by buying a cheap plan.

Risks Involved with HYIP programs
You porbably have been told by many people that there is alot of risk involved when you invest your money with these programs. Or you have been told that this is the best and fastest way to make money. What matters is the truth about the risks.
Some programs say they rely on Forex and other investments to fund members interest. Others just say how much you can earn from them. All HYIP programs carry a very large risk , simply because there is no guarantee they will continue to pay. Even if you have confirmed a program is paying , that doesn't mean it will still be paying tomorrow , or maybie a month from then.
What do i Do?
If you dont want to loose your money , then dont give it to these programs. Sounds simple enough , but we know you can't resist earning. First you need to think of these programs as a gamble , your going to a casino to try and earn money , but you might loose it all. If all you think of it as earning money that you need then your probably going to loose. Be safe , don't put your money all in one bank. Research before you spend , know your limit.
